Hello. I was wondering if there any experts on here in the field of firearms laws of the ATF. Are there any special FFL licenses required to sell scopes, foregrips, reflex sights, magazines, lasers, and ammunition? I've recently picked up a hobby of buying, trading and selling 'toys' and 'accessories' for AR-15's. I just want to make sure everything on my part is good to go. I don't sell any uppers, lowers or anything like that. The only thing items that I think might be questionable are buttstocks and buffer tube kits. Any advice would help. Thanks!

Nope, no federal firearms license needed unless you start selling lowers, making the bullets or loading the ammo.

Except that some states require additional hoops for selling ammo, only local business licenses, regs, zoning and ordinances apply. I don't know if there is a single location in the country where you can conduct business without at least a sales tax license or some other locally required vendor license.

Also, make sure you know the ins and outs of shipping ammo if you get into that.

I believe there is a licensed required for selling ammunition. Many years ago my father's convenience store thought about getting a license so they could get ammo from their food distributor. I know, odd that a food distributor would also distribute ammo but they had a FFL as well. My father decided against it since the ammo would be mostly for personal use.
