Are these safe to shoot?

I recently got some 7mm mag brass from a dude who doesn't reload. It's prvi partizan I belive, and it all looked to be in good shape, so I sized/trimmed/primed them, and finally got around to loading them yesterday.

I noticed that the first bullets I seated took almost no effort to seat. I seated a few more, and two of the cases have such little neck tension that the bullet slid down past the crimp groove. I was able to get the bullet to stay where it's suppose to be long enough to crimp it though, so I went ahead and put a good crimp on all of them since they all were pretty loose.

So the question is; are these safe to shoot?

I won't reload them again obviously, but other than the neck not being tight enough to hold a bullet without being crimped anymore, the brass was all in good shape with no signs of potential failure. In fact, I actually thought this was all once fired stuff when I got it.

thanks

Prvi-Partizan normally is pretty good brass. Are you using a full length die? Does the expander ball measure around .282"?

You really cannot blame the brass, it's the die that gives the brass it's final form, and the ability to hold a bullet with proper neck tension.

Do the bullets measure .284?

They should be ok to fire, but you do need to see why you're not getting good neck tension.

What size bullets are you using? I have never had a problem with Privi Paritzan brass not having good neck tension after running it through Redding or RCBS dies. The brass would have to be very thin in the neck for it not to hold a proper sized bullet.

I packed all my reloading stuff away earlier this morning (I'm in the process of moving), so I can't actually measure anything right now, but the bullets are the cheapest hornady 154gr SP (interlock?), and I FL size with RCBS dies.

I've loaded about 70 of these same bullets in remington, federal, and winchester brass, and never had this problem though, so I figured it must be an issue with this particular brass.
