I will get the ball rolling........................

# 1, What town should we shoot in Phoenix, Tucson or other?

# 2, What date?

# 3, What range?

#1--Phoenix

#2--As soon as day-time temps stay below 100 degrees (October??)

#3--Ben Avery!

As an alternative, we could all four-by up into the White or Bradshaw mountains and set up our own wildcat for a day of fun. Heck, we could even make it a camping trip.

I feel outnumbered and outgunned! I am sure the Ben Avery range in Phoenix is nicer than most down here, but if we do outdoors, let's wait for it to be cooler. Indoor options are good too. Sunday will work on the weekends that I don't work Saturday night. A 12 hour shift followed by guns in the morning... not good.

Temps, end of October should be good.

We could do the mountain thing, but no truck available.

Isn't there some open desert around Phoenix that would work.

Down here, there is an area on Old Senoita Highway, has a big backstop and lots of open area. But we shoot with permission of the land owner.

And some people also go down to three points...

I go along with Snake Eyes.
Mid-October at the soonest.
Does anyone know an area that will accomodate a large number of shooters aside from Ben Avery?

Doesnt matter where for me. Just name the place. Weekends please unless you give me enough time to put in for leave.

Tis kinda hot this time of year but if I can go out and play 18 holes at 2 PM (Which I did Sunday), then I sure can spend the day out shooting and such.

Maybe some of you Southern Cali folks want to join in?????

Where you at Skunk?

Feel like getting Tactical in the Grand Canyon State?

Alternative

Well, we COULD do it indoors. The old Shooters World (now Arizona Tactical) has a pretty decent indoor range and lots of bays. I think you can shoot up to 7.62 X 39 on their range.

Maybe 308 but I'm not sure.

Central Phoenix, just west of I-17 at Indian School.

How about a weekend when there is a gunshow going on.

Theres one this weekend at the fairgrounds. I think Im gonna ride up there. Or even the 1st weekend of Aug. Lets pick a date and time. I am cool with the Phoenix area. I have no problem getting up there to send some rounds downrange with ya'all.

Would be nice if C.R. Sam could get away from Dewey for a spell and join us. That is if he's feeling up to it..

# 1, What town should we shoot in Phoenix, Tucson or other? Phoenix

# 2, What date?Any Sunday

# 3, What range?Rio Salado (Usery Pass)

Always looking for fun shoots!

Are we gonna put something together or what?

How about a Tuesday night IDPA at Shooters World?

Very casual, $10, everybody welcome, 5pm.

August 12th??

Anybody?

Have you ever seen Mandalls range???

It's 3 tunnels in the basement!

Plus, I'm of the opinion that the folks at Mandalls are Grade-A Pure-Dee A-holes.

Sorry, can't spend any of my money there.

You can shoot NFA weapons at Shooters World, and I know they had some for rent before they got robbed. Not sure if they still have them or not.
