has anyone tried the armscor 62gr FMJ for reloading?

i saw them at grafs pretty reasonable ( something like $42 bucks or so for 500,cant remeber the exact price now) so i thought it get some feedback on them. i do know that the 55gr armscor bullets shoot pretty nice, but havent tried the 62gr'ers yet. im lookin to roll up some mil-spec style rounds to pile up.

any feedback would be appreciated

yea, i saw them at midway awhile back and they were sold out. i forgot to set a reminder for it ( i have a dealers account thru them)

i go crazy when they have there no-name ( they cant or dont tell you the manufacture) "blemished" bullets at midway ( the blemishes consist of discolored tarnished jackets..lol). last time around i bought like 4000. i got the 52gr boat tail hollow point match ,53gr hollowpoint cantalured,55gr ballistic tip, 35gr ballistic tip, 60gr match HP and a few others ( all made by hornady)....VERY good deals, i think there wasnt a box over 9 or 10 bucks.

i read a few reviews on armscor's 55gr'ers that said they were realy good and grouped nice. im hoping that there 62gr'ers are as good or better. ill be shooting them out of one of the new revamped 580 mini 14s with the 1:9" twist barrels.

ill tell ya, those new mini 14s are the chit. i have a 20" HB bushmaster match rifle, and it ( the 580 mini 14) will hold its own with it....bill riger finally did something right...took him long enough, but he did something right..LOL

I have not shot those bullets, but Armscor has a good reputation in general. Heck, bulk bullets aren't match bullets anyway.
