Arsenal AK74 vs Bulgarian AK74

The Arsenal SGL-31 has Russian parts (receiver, barrel, etc., less compliance parts), very good lightweight US made polymer stocks. The finish could be a bit more durable.

The Koraynovich is built up from a Bulgarian parts kit, on a US receiver. More durable finish than the Arsenal, IMHO.

I really dig the classic look of the Koraynovich, but figured I could eventually do that on the Arsenal. I went with the Saiga, because I wanted a Russian build. I've been pleased with the rifle's performance, including accuracy.

Wow, that is way more than I paid for a Bulgarian AK74 from CAI. The one I got functions fine, but I might have just lucked out based on some of what I've heard of Century.

I'll most likely end up paying another $50 -70 for a better set of handguards and a buttstock, but that still keeps me under $500 including the receiver mounted picatinny rail I got for it.

I have the SGL 31, this is the second one I have had. I am kind of a AK junkie. I like this one alot better than the first one. This second one is near perfect for and AK-74. I would go for the Arsenal.
