Art of the Rifle

I was looking for Jeff Cooper's "Art of the Rifle" this at the book store the other day and found I had to order it.

I also found 2 versions. What is the difference and is the expensive version worth $50?

The extra cost version is called the "special color edition" and it's only $31.47 at Amazon.

That's the version I have and it's great. As I understand it it contains basically the same info as the B&W edition, but it has color pics.

Chris Rhines gave me the full color edition for my wedding. What a stand up gent! IMO, the full color version is probably worth it.

Thats a really good book, color or not. I got the po' man edition.

Po'boy version here. If they had the knock you lights out gussied up version of the book at the store for $50, I probably still would have got the po'boy version.

Found a deal on an ebay site. Fancy version including shipping for $25!!!!!!


And to think I almost payed $21 for Po' man version.
