It's actually a demo reel from a small effects house showcasing in no particular order, matchmoving, camera matching, modeling, texturing, and rendering.

The rendering is pretty nice, but the animations aren't too super. And it's gun handling isn't all that great either. =)

I believe the animation is mocap, and garbage in garbage out.
