Assistance identifying manufacturer

Hi, I have an enfield 1853 replica that has been in storage for approx 20 years and am trying to determine the manufacturer and approximate age.

The only markings on the rifle are on the top of the barrel. I have attached a photo - do you happen to know which manufacturer this is?

It looks like a belgian proof mark to me. I looked in the blue book

I did a quick look at the proof marks listed on this site http://www.europarl.europa.eu/hearings/20061004/imco/genco_en.pdf but didn't see one that matched yours. Hope you have better luck.
