I somehow managed to buy this at a local auction for what I think was a decent price , $800. I always wanted one , but never found one at the right time & price . I have a 92 winchester 25-20 that was barreled and refinished by P.O. Ackley , and loading dies , bullets and cases , so I am already set up as far as ammo go's .I know factory ammo is pretty cost prohibitive to shooting these . It's got some nice wood , with a few small nicks on it , but the metal is virtually factory perfect.

I think I am going to put a scope on it and have one scoped , one with opens .I dont much care for the safety. but it is what it is. There is a local company that makes replacement parts to fix that if I want to. So not a big deal. 20230526_081410.jpg 20230526_081458.jpg 20230526_081234.jpg 20230526_081623.jpg 20230526_082237.jpg 20230526_082009.jpg 20230526_082139.jpg

I gotta put some money away I really want a lever action rifle in 32/20 my Grandfather had one my uncle swiped it. I ended up with a few rounds of brass , and the portable reloading kit that went with it.

I am always looking for one , too . My Grandmothers guest bedroom was my uncles gun collection room , and I think that's where I get my interest/taste in firearms from . He had several 32-20's from levers and pumps , to revolvers .

Nice pick up, I have one as well, I need to dig it out and shoot it, it's been hiding in the safe for several years. I did manage to scratch up a pretty good supply of reloading materials, but it took me a while.
