Short answer YES.
Long answer if the AWB does indeed go away you will be able to access the following.....
telescoping/folding stocks
flash hiders
full capacity magazines made at any time (I.E. those over 10 rounds)
bayonet lugs
semi auto shotguns with pistol grips can now have more than 5 rounds
No more pre/post ban AR lower crap.
Things you will stillnot be able to do.
Still no barrels under 16inchs unless you fill out the paperwork for an SBR
No new importation of scary guns. No SIG550s, HK91s, etc. and so on. These were banned from import in 89 because they are not sporting.
Still no full auto.
That about covers it in a nutshell.
