Are there any aftermarket grip choices for the earlier compact 40 cal Baby Eagles? This is a Baby Eagle not Baby Eagle II if that makes a difference. It seems the hogue rubber grips are only for the large frame models?

There were non when I had one of these a while back. Maybe things have changed, but it was hard to even find holsters or ANYTHING for it.

First handgun; wish I hadnt sold it. One of the most shootable 45s I ever had.

The only rubber grips I have found are for the regular size baby eagle - and they only come with finger grooves (wrap around). I want regular rubber grip panels. I haven't bought one yet because I can't find regular rubber grip panels...

You can use a holster for a Glock 19, thats what fit mine...!! I sold mine for a Lightweight Champion Operator, though, and as much as I loved the Baby Eagle 9, This 1911 is too sweet to look back! No info about grips, though. Sorry, I had the same problem!! You can find some wood grips on gunbroker from time to time.

There aren't any that I'm aware of. I've talked to a couple guys that made wood grips for CZ pistols. Both would need me to make a mold of the baby eagle and I'm not all that comfortable with dipping my jericho in paste.

It's definitely a niche market that could keep someone busy.
