Hello,

So I recently purchased a Bushnell 3200 5-15x40mm scope, and I've just gotten a chance to mount it. The up/down windage adjustment is backwards; when I turn the direction of up, it brings the reticle down and vice versa. For obvious reasons, I would like them to be correct. I've tried calling Bushnell but they are closed for the day, I will call back tomorrow. Just thought I would see if this is an easy fix or something catastrophically complicated. Thanks.

It is correct.

The arrows on all scopes indicate which way the bullet POI will move on the target.

They have nothing to do with apparent reticule movement, because there is no way in heck you can tell which way the reticule moves after a click or two unless you have the gun clamped in a vice.

If you give it some more thought, moving the reticule down does move the POI or bullet impact up.

Just like the arrow says it will.

Same with the windage dial. Moving the dial in the directon of the arrow marked R will move the bullet holes on the target to the right.
