If my bad luck continues I think i'm going to be living in a box under a bridge somewhere. lol

Yesterday I came across an unfired Kimber pro carry for 400 bux. The only drawback was that it was personalized with engraving.

Today a pietaa 44 new model army target model for 175. I may have to eat bologna for a week but I think I did pretty good!

Ya, guess I didn't think that bridge thing through either. lol

I didn't do as well as I thought, I bought the 1858 sight unseen just a quick picture. It's not perfect, it's got a couple little rust spots and the cylinder and barrel really need a scrubbing. Also I just ordered a cylinder pin because the one in it is broken. It's not one piece and I guess the recoil broke the weld where the pin connects to the head?

I didn't realize that this model was soooo long, I'm going to look for a stock for it also.

Make certain you put th guns in a plastic case during rain. Then wipe off the moisture. Good luck in finding a decent halfway house/:scrutiny:

As far as a previously owned personalized gun goes, remember...

..you can always change your name to whatever is inscribed on the gun. :D

I recently saw a used Walther P-38...maybe WW2 vintage...with a guy's name crudely scratched on it with a nail or something. Pretty sad. It might've been cool if it had been the name of the German soldier who carried it, but I don't think it was. I don't think a nicely engraved name would be a problem for me, though. Unless it was "Suzy" or "Petunia" or something.

Washed out a bridge we all ways used. TexDot fixed it this week.

Bloniga is good.
sammy, with eggs, fried, sammy sandwiches

Tuna and Caned chicken.
Raman soup... Yuck
Mac & Cheese

A lot of first apartment, live by your self food. ;)

I found a great price on a Winston fly rod once, and when using it I just don't care that it is personalized with somebody else's name.

I had an Polish AK parts kit that came with the upper handguard carved with a feminine name on one side and crossed scimitars on the other.
Thought that was pretty cool actually.
