Seems like a frivolous suit/PR stunt. It appears that they're trying prove that Badger Outdoors, Inc. somehow should have 'know' the guy was a drug abuser.

Do a search here on THR for "Badger Guns". The city of Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Journal have been trying to run Badger out of business for over a decade. They ran over 18 gun stores out of Milwaukee county years ago, and they're trying to get the last two, of which Badger is now at the top of their list. Next comes the Shooters Shop.

Fernandez provided Veloz with the gun not Badger, this is a baseless and slanderous lawsuite that should never get to trial.

I'm sick of these frivolous attacks against Badger Guns. The ONLY thing Badger is guilty of is obeying the law.

What more are these guys supposed to do? They follow every rule, regulation and procedure relating to firearm sales to the letter of the law.
