badger ordnance magazine conversion question

I'm wondering if the badger ordnance m5 magazine conversion for remington 700 rifles will accept the magazines for a ruger gunsite scout.

pretty sure badger uses the accuracy international pattern mags.

what does the ruger use?

rugers are made of polymer and I hear the deed lips among other things may be to thick and cause the bolt to ride over top, I'm hoping someone will have first hand experience.

if that fails I need a less expensive option for an aics style magazine, 90 dollars is just too steep these days.

do a search for alpha mags. they make a cheaper clone of the AI pattern

I just did, they look very promising but I can't find anyone that carries them except for a company in australia that wants 100 dollars for them.

i think you just get them direct from the mfg
