If I had to guess, I would say that the material is tungsten powder and maybe some other metal.

When I get the chance, I will take a look at the density of the material, which should give us a good idea of what it is.

Is there a chemist here that could find out what that "nytrilium" stuff is? Seems like nothing more than a marketing gimmick.

Like Certs with "Retcin" or shampoo with "Pro-Vitamins"... Those are like regular vitamins, only more professional.

Anyway, this "Extreme Shock" company seems to have nothing but worthless fluff in their repertoire. I guess I would still want to avoid being shot by one of these, but I can imagine that there is better stuff out there for the money.

Nonetheless... thanks for posting the tests. I always enjoy seeing gelatin get blasted.

oh man. i love that they call their ammo "fang face"

This is the kind of product you get when a "Gun Shop Commando" is placed in charge of design and R&D, and marketing.

We all know the type too. Wears BDU style pants all the time.... thinks being in a militia is cool.... lives in his parent's basement.....

On the good side, at least the ammo wasn't a complete flop. It looks like it performed reasonably well. On the bad side, it didn't perform in any extreme capacity and so for the money would appear to be a very bad investment in self defense financially (as good or better ammo for much less $).

The powdered dust could be marketinganium, but my guess is that it is foolandhismoneysoonpartanium, or maybe a combination of the two.

Thats pretty dang funny, these results are worse than the test I did on their 168. It would pretty much exit before any fragmentation. their 9mm and 45s make nice ball ammo.
