has any body used them? how did you find them? I am thinking of running my .243 on the 95 gr ones. It will be for roe and muntjac from my short barrelled rifle it will be going out at steady 2800 fps.

They are great in my 22-250. I usually run the 50gr pills. I get mine at my local shop but you can also order them from Cabela's and MidwayUSA.

They are designed for rapid fragmentation. I'm not familiar with roe and muntjac but you may want a little more solid bullet.

Accuracy has been great for me though.

They are the same bullet as the Nosler Ballistic Tip but with a silver plastic tip. Nosler and Winchester paired up to form "Combined Technology" and market bullets produced buy Nosler to Winchester standards. The Ballistic Tip was left as is with only a color change of the tip.

I`d not worry about them failing on deer sized game in game wgts from a 6mm.

i have 3 deer rifles. a .243 win ruger 77 mk2 with an 18 inch barrell and a moderator. a remmy model 7 in 7mm08 and a mauser 98 in .30-06 (24 inch barrel). The plan is that the remmy and the ruger are my shorter range rifles using a bit quicker expanding bullets from the shorter barrels at about 2800 fps the mauser i use 165 gamekings at 3000 odd fps this is an accurate rifle for when i want to reach out and deliver death a long way. so this is why i am thinking along the lines of the silver tips for the 243 and 140 gr for the 7mm.
