Anybody else been bannned from this forum. I guess the only Amendment they care about is the 2nd. My 1st Amendment right to free speech is not valid. I made what I thought to be a funny on thier Religion section and apparently it was not well received. At first the ban was to be lifted on July 2nd. When I e-mailed one of the mods about what I felt was unfair then the ban said if would be lifted NEVER!. I assure you my remark would in no way affend anyone with a sense of humor. Well I won't miss visiting there anyway, the site and the people were pretty lame anyway.

Many forums have alot of rules on their religion and politics sections.

1st Amend. applies to government actions and not a private forum.

The 1st amendment does not apply to private forums.

That said, we don't do forum wars.
