Wanted to borrow, beg or rent, a 13mm piloted barrel liner drill.
I want to reline the barrel of my Whitney second model barrel. (to .32/20 WCF) I cannot afford to pay a smith to do it or to buy at retail the drill, liner, epoxy and chambering reamer.
So I'll start by asking the folks here about borrowing / renting / or just plain begging for the use of their 13 mm piloted barrel reliner drill. If I break it or damage it, I will buy a new one to replace it or pay you what you feel is a fair price. If you have one sitting in your shop gathering dust, let me dust it off and put it to use. Please.
