I decided to buy a shotgun to suppliment (actually dominate) my H/D armiment.
It's gonna be a Pump for maximum reliability, Gotta be a 12 Ga, a 20" barrel and Mag extension would give great firepower but even the standard 5 shots is awsome, and since I am looking at "Used" guns the stock will likely be wood. Remington and Mossberg seem to be eaasy barrel length swappers.
Rifle sights would really help aiming but since I know how small the shot pattern will be indoors I will pratice with a bead till I get myself centered into vital area size groups.
Years ago I had a "hunting" Pump with 24" barrel and I saw thegroups and experienced a lot of shooting so recoil is NO suprise.
I May sling it may not, the sling makes a lot of sense under certain circumstances and for portability and/or Pistol use.
Ammo will be #3 to #5 Buck.
I think I have tohought out most all the requirements but have I missed anything? Comments and suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
ZVP
