They a lot of RCBS dies on Midwayusa.com. Which ones would be the best? or perhaps I should go with Lee? Can someone make some recommendations?

Assuming it's for your Savage, you probably want the standard 2-die set. It has a standard full-length sizing die and a standard seating die. An explanation of the others: The X-Die is supposed to keep your brass from "growing" too much, so you don't have to trim it. They also have a Competition set with a micrometer seating die. The neck sizer die only sizes the neck of the case, and not the body (for general purpose use, you usually want to size the full length of the case).
I am partial to the Hornady dies myself, as their seating die is an inline design and the sizing die has an elliptical sizer ball that's a little easier on brass. The seating die can be upgraded with a micrometer head later if you want. They're also on sale right now.
