Basic Shooting training DVD titles?

I'm looking for a good DVD title to help my father and I out with the basics of shooting. Specifically, we're looking for a good instructional DVD that goes over stances, grip, how to use the sights and improve accuracy at the range. It shouldn't be anything too advanced, just a really clear step-by-step session on using the firearm more efficiently. Thank you.
