Battle Worn AR finish

There's a word for this: poser.
I resent your comment. A poser is someone trying to make himself look like something he is not. I am no poser.
The Battle Worn finish I did on the Lone Survivor muck-up was a tribute to the Navy Seals. My son or myself do not try to pass it off as the real deal or tell anyone that the rifle was ever used in combat.

Fair enough. Not trying to be offensive or argumentative.
 
The previous owner of my Mossberg turkey gun did all the spray paint "artwork" on it before I got it. Now I'm working on getting that authentic looking, battle worn finish on it by actually taking it out and using it. Might take a few more years of use but all good things take time. If it gets too nasty looking I can just touch it up with more spray paint. LOL.
