I ordered 1000 255gr LSWC from Bear Creek a couple of weeks ago. A box arrived and when I opened it up I found 1000 255g RNFPs. I really don't care for RNFPs, so I called Bear Creek to arrange an exchange. A young man named Rick answered and I explained the situation to him. Instead of ANY kind of hemming and hawing nonsense, Rick said "Sir, that was my fault. We've changed our inventory and I grabbed the wrong product by mistake. We'll send you out a new order of the right bullets right away, and you just keep the RNFPs if you can use them or give 'em away if you can't."
That was Monday and the new, correct bullets arrived this afternoon. I don't know about you guys, but in this day of passing the buck I am pretty impressed when I see a company that stands up and provides that kind of service to its customers. I'll for dang sure buy from Bear Creek again!
Oh, and the bullets are great! 265gr polymer coated LSWCs. I also got a bunch of 158gr LSWC in .357, and they're great, too.
