bear fails to read attack manual...

...stating you do not attack humans in the fetal position playing dead.
This in the latest Brown Bear attack in AK., where the guy got mauled after dropping to the fetal position...then when that did nothing to help, he got up and ran, then climbed 30 ft. up a tree. He had a cell phone, called 911 and TWO hrs. and a whole lot of bleeding later, was rescued.

Guess the bear forgot the rules...play dead=stop; run=maul
