What choke setup do u use for five stand in an o/u?

I/C and modified, and switch which barrel fires first depending on the target presentation.
 
From what some of the guys at my club tell me, our 5 stand course is the toughest they've ever seen. Mix of 30-40yd targets out to 50yds for some from the end station.

So with that said, LM\Mod.
