Belgian HP Dao Mags

Mag hope?
I found an old review that stated BDM mags indeed were the same. There are a plentiful supply of 10 rd. mags on the auction sites for around $20. I've bid on one to check it out. I also despise turning a 14+1 into a 10+1, but if that is the best I can do...............
Once I confirm that the BDM mag is okay I'll check everywhere for some hi caps.

J&G Sales has surplus Argentine Hi Power mags for $19.95 each. These are tough parkerized military style mags that perform very well. They're listed as 13 rounders, but of the two I have; one holds 14 rounds and the other holds 15 rounds and function perfectly even with the extra rounds stuffed in.

Looks like pro mag has some but it's a discontinued item.
CDNN investments is another great source for hard to find magazines, they seem to just 'show up' there time and again. CDNN is currently out of them, but you should check thier site once in a while.

A few more rounds through my altered 10 rd. Browning, to be sure and I'll be looking for a couple of hi-cap BDM's. Unless of course I can find OEM specimins.
I am not entirely certain of the model. I know it was made in DA/SA and DAO only, is generally referred to as a DA Hi Power, although it is not a true Hi Power. And, I suppose because Browning had the BDM was not marketed in the U.S.
