Want do you guys do with the brass when the belt on brass no longer fits in a case gage?
I have tried resizing all this brass but that doesn't fix it.

What dimension does not fit the 'case gage'?

The primary place a case sized for handloading is that it fit your rifles chamber.

By 300 WM? What specific cartridge?

Well after receiving my die from Larry Willis, it worked like a charm.
I can now say my brass does fit the case gage and the bulge is gone.

At first I was having a issue with the die and the brass getting stuck in the press. I figured out the bolting the press to large 6x6 piece of wood and mounting it in my work horse was the trick to getting my leverage on the press.

It's a slow process when using this setup, and it brass with a heavy bulge might take a couple of passes to pull the belt back enough to slip in the case gage.

It is not the belt that is your problem ... it is the section of the case in front of the belt that normal sizing dies can't reach ... that is the problem ...

Larry's die does size that small area by use of the collet ....
