I use a metal folding table with the fake wood top -- like you might see in a school cafeteria, only shorter. I think I paid about $20 for it new a few years ago. I drilled holes in the top to mount my press. I put a hundred pounds or so of bullet boxes and lead ingots stacked near the back so it doesn't move.
I had the contractor who remodeled my back room throw this together. Might give you some ideas.
Nothing fancy, just basic stick lumber construction. He used screws rather than nails so it can be taken apart easily. Stained the wood to match the trim in the room so it would look more at home. Size was simply determined by the space available.
