Benelli M3 value?

I have seen them selling new for 1k-1300. I have also seen asking prices in that range for used. Do not know if they are getting it though. Kind of depends on what comes with it. Rifle sights/ghost ring sights, chokes and or pistol grip.
 
I got one of the HK imports about 6 months ago. Pistol grip, ghost ring and extended tube for $900. I thought it was a very good deal.
