Benelli MP95E HELP

Have a Benelli MP95E that was doing fine then all of a sudden it's having extraction problems. The empty case is stuck half in & out of the chamber, some times the case is sideways, with the action half open. I've changed the return spring and extractor along with cleaning the chamber. Has anyone had the same problem.

For got to mention that I did try various brands of ammo.

Thanks for the response Pilot. I ended up ordering another extractor and that seemed to fix the problem. Note: The original extractor and the replacement extractor did have some differences.
