Benelli SBE and Hevi-Shot

My Benelli SBE functions 100% with 3" and 3 1/2" steel waterfowl loads, tungsten-iron, and with lead from 1 1/8 oz target loads and up. It does not, however, reliably cycle either 3" or 3 1/2" Remington Hevi-shot waterfowl loads. I'm not really too concerned because most of my duck and goose shooting is with steel. I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced problems with their SBE not cycling hevi-shot.

It fails to eject the fired round resulting in a stove-pipe jam.

Remington shotshells are the worst made. Try the Hevi-Shot brand. The SBE is also among the most finicky 3.5" guns, I think two things are conspiring against you in this case.

My SBE runs perfectly on everything above 1 oz that I've tried including Remington, but I've never tried non-toxics other than steel.
