I am new to this forum and often collect guns not knowing fully about them.
I recently bought a Beretta 3032 tomcat but I haven't found one similar to this one and I would like more info. First of all it has a nickel finish as opposed to the inox or black matte finish as common ones. Also, the tipup spring is missing as from what I've seen on other tomcat's. Can someone tell me if this is a rare version of this gun or what? I have read about the pros and cons of the Tomcats but it seemed like a nice little gun for the price and a pocket pistol. Thanks

I've never heard of a factory nickle finish on this model, just blued or stainless steel (Inox), though I've heard Beretta put out a small number with titanium slides and frames. Looks like someone may have had a blued gun refurbished with nickle.

You may be right, GCBurner. If it is refurbished, it is a good job. I hope there's an original out there like it. I'll get it checked out before I shoot it because of the missing spring or anything else. It will be better than when I got it.
Thanks
