Beretta 70S conversion maybe?

Soooo I've got one of these:

It's a Beretta model 70S in .380. Very nice pistol as far as looks and ergonomics are concerned - the shape of those stocks make it amazingly comfortable, they're at a very natural angle.

Except..the caliber sucks.
I don't like the .380. I don't own any other guns in this caliber, and I have better weapons to carry. But the shape of the gun, the size and awesome ergonomics would make for a perfect small target pistol.

Apparently Beretta agreed, since they made the Model 70 available also in .32 and .22LR (the last caliber had its own model designations, 71 through 74, with different sight and barrel length options). Now here's the question: are the .22 parts compatible with the .380 model 70? I'd love to slap on a new slide assembly, barrel and magazine and have another cheap plinker.
 
You would be better off selling the 380 and buying the 22...I doubt that the ejector is the same between the two.
Been looking for both myself.
