It does not have magazine disconnect (a pistol is capable of fire when there is no magazine in it).
It is in the CA's stupid drop test requirement. Most gun on the list don't have that function but they were on the roster before it became the law therefore they can be continue to sell in CA.
Also, 90 two is NOT illegal in CA. You can get them from PPT. I believe one just been sold on Calguns.net today (if you are a CA gunner, that's the first forum you should be on). LEO can get them than PPT to civilians, or out of state resident move into CA can bring their off roster gun into CA. Again, it is NOT illegal, just can't be purchase through FFL dealer.
