Anyone have any experience with the Beretta 9000 in 9mm.

I have searched and not found a lot about it.

I have a barely-used one I have been looking at and it really fits my hand well. Most of the complaints I have found were about the reach to the trigger and thickness of the grip.

But, the 9000 felt a lot better in my hand than the M&P9c and I already have a 92 which would allow me to use the magazines I already have.

The only other complaints I have found were about 25-yd accuracy which to me sounds a little meaningless in a 3.5" 9mm.

Plus it has a hammer (I detest striker fired guns). My only other option (I live in MA which eliminates a lot of my choices) is a Sig 239 which I would love to have but don't want to spend that much $$$

My cousin has one in .40 S&W that he dearly loves. Like you, he cites the fit to his hand as a big plus to the Beretta 9000. Having shot it myself, I can say it's a solid, accurate handgun. I'm not sure why this one has been such a sleeper for Beretta. The only complaint I've heard (and which I tend to agree with) is that it's overly thick for a compact pistol. But, unless you want something for IWB carry, that's not necessarily a very big deal.

Here is a bulletin board for Berettas:

There were a few complaints about the S models have decockers that were hard to use and/or broke.

I had a D model that I liked but was not able to get a good grip on it. I had no problems with it.

I had one not too long ago, brought it brand new. I love the fit of the gun. The reason I got rid of it was due to the fact it constantly jammed. I changed the magazines. I also thought the accuracy wasn't the best, I even went as far to change the guide rod hoping it would help but no luck. I got a new smith and wesson instead, and then got a new .380
