Does anyone know of a good source for factory wooden grips for a Beretta 92 pistol? I'd like a slimmer profile for the grips thats why I have stayed away from after market grips out there and understand that factory ones will provide the slimmest profile. Any thoughts?

Various styles are still available from Beretta from time to time. They are not consistently produced so you have to be quick once some are available.

Beretta will have the nice oval checkered walnut grips in sometime in mid March. They're currently on about a 4 month back order so the ones that come in may already be spoken for. I waited for two months before I cancelled my order and bought a new set on ebay for about $20 more (I'm just not very patient).

They have at least one walnut set on ebay now.....expect it to go around $70 plus shipping. If your not looking for the walnut you can find others around the net but I don't like them as much.
