Beretta 92fs early inox price

I've been watching an auction on GB for an early NIB Inox Beretta 92fs with all stainless controls. The 15 minute rule keeps getting reset with new bids. This thing is now over $1500. Seems crazy for a 92fs but I guess there are those willing to shell that much out for one. God bless America!

I picked one up for $525 a few years ago, was american made without the plastic parts. Had an integrel front night sight, that was part of the slide, and was very dim, Berreta suggested painting over it with glow paint!

Lost faith in that customer service rep!!

Looks like I should have held on to that thing..... $1680 right now!!

I bought the one below a few years back. Don't remember exactly what I paid but I think it was $550 plus or minus. Kind of makes me want to dump the thing. It's a fine gun but not 1911 kind of money.

not sure why anyone would pay that much for an older one unless its to add to a collection. i bought this Italian made 92 NIB awhile back for $600

$1,680 is impressive for a Beretta 92FS Ghost. Being an early enough production model to have the stainless magazines with gray baseplates must be enough to justify the price.

I bought a NIB Italian Inox from Gander Mountain for $500 in 2007; it had all stainless controls, but standard magazines.
