I picked mine up Saturday and so far I like the gun except the trigger pull. The single action is 8lbs and my 12 lb max trigger gauge wouldn't even do the double action. So I have a question. Can you folks recommend a good Beretta gunsmith? Where is Skunk when you need him??

On the cheap, call Beretta parts and services, ask them to send you the D-model mainspring. This reduces the trigger pull to a workable level. If they won't send it to you, Ernest Langdon should have them. Folks have done it with 1911 springs, but I feel more comfortable with factory parts.

I'll second www.langdontactical.com. Order the D spring or send it to him for a level two trigger job.
