I have a tomcat. It has been 100% reliable. It is accurate enough for a pocket pistol. It's fun to shoot. I'll admit that it is a little fat.... The sharp edge on the safety digs into my thumb. I like it.

Love Mine

I've had mine for several months and love it. Countless rounds down range without a problem. More accurate than I thought it would be and have no problem with pocket carry. Good summer carry gun. Target was at 21', standard two hand grip, no rest.

Picked up a Tomcat about a year ago. Price was right and I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. Reliability is excellent, as is accuracy. If you can hold it on target, it will throw 'em in there. I really enjoy it. Tried the Kel-Tec, but was so small in my hand, that my right thumb would depress the magazine release when I gripped the thing. Not good in a high stress situation. The Tomcat is bigger, and really fits good in my hand. Am thinking about reloading some cast bullets in it for fun and plinking. That should be the ultimate in cost savings, huh? Oh, the trigger ain't too bad either.

Beretta Tomcat

"With the Kel-Tec P3AT NO ONE has an excuse to carry anything less than a .380 pocket gun."

I wish this were true, but it's not. Millions of people in California cannot carry any model of Kel-Tec because they are not available for purchase here.

True, the trigger pull is certainly not as good as a match gun, but this isn't a match gun. Would you really want a loaded pistol in your pocket with a 2 1/2 lb. trigger?

My Tomcat has been great. Reliable and accurate (for a pocket pistol). I should warn you though, I purchased this gun from a cop buddy of mine who sent the gun back to the factory TWICE before it worked properly.

One thing that worries me is that if I fully load a magazine, I have a hard time manually unloading the magazine. I believe this is due to the .32 acp being a semi-rimmed cartridge. I think whats happening is the stacked rims make the top bullet "nose dive" because the rear of the stack will be taller than the front and the bullets will try to align themselves into a sort of AK banana clip fashion . The top round then tends to be angled down towards the top of the magazine lip, which makes it hard for the round to clear the magazine. Did that make sense? Have any other of you Tomcat owners noticed this problem?

Also, is there a difference between a Tomcat and a Beretta 3032? I thought they were the same thing, but the De Santis holster website has them listed as two different models. I know the Inox version has a thicker slide, is that it?
