Beretta TX4 12GA 18"

Bud's has these for 899. A price more than the Mossberg 930 but slightly less than the Benelli and FN.

Now that it has been out for awhile I wondered how it stacked up against the M2 and FN SLP reliability wise.

I shot some sporting clays last week with a range Beretta and was impressed with how well and soft they shot.

I'm still in a quandry, but leaning towards the FN SLP MK1, 9 rounds, 22 inch make it more versatile for all around use and if I get a chance to do 3 gun it would be a good choice.

I already have two good field guns a Browning A5 and 870 Wingmaster and a 88 18 inch pump for HD.

Any thoughts?

I'm curious about the TX4 as well. I keep reading about how soft they shoot, and how Beretta has semiauto shotgun actions down really well.

I'm looking at the Benelli M2 and Remington 11-87P as well...
