Am looking for the Beretta 84FS, Cheetah .380, 13 round magazine. Have not held one yet and there's none in stock in my area. I have average size hands and am wondering whether the 'pinky' is going to hang off the bottom of the handle.

Anybody have any idea?

Much Thanks.

My hands are average also....Not huge, not small and not chubby.....If your 3 fingers, minus trigger finger are no wider than 2.5" I'd say you're good to go.

My pinky does not hang off the grip at all. My 3 fingers are about 2.25" across and there's still a "little" room to spare on the 84.

I have a medium hand and the grip easily accomodates all my fingers, the pinky still on and within the short finger rest. The Beretta 84 grip is not made for small hands, I'd describe the circumference as "full". From the bottom of the trigger guard to the bottom of the grip measures about 2.3"

When you see a Model 84 in the "flesh", you might be surprised how large the pistol is. The magazines for my old pre-Cheetah Model 84 are almost as long as a Browning High Power magazine, both are 13 round magazines.

Your whole hand should fit on the grip without any problems.

Wonderful pistol.

The 84FS is a big 380 auto pistol by todays standard. It is not a mini 380. I have smaller hands and it fits me great.

I have friends with longer hands and when they shoot my 84FS they can get all their fingers on the grip. It is one of the most comfortable 380s I have ever shot.
