Last Check on where I'll spend my Money. I reviewed Everything elses but these 2 Factors ...Thoughts on the Warranty and Customer Service for their Firearms.Thank You
Several years ago I picked up a used 92. Took it home and was dry-firing when the trigger spring broke! I called CS and they dropped a new trigger spring in the mail that day, no charge! 4 days later I was at the range shooting it. Hard to beat that.
I had to send them my Neos when they had their firing pin recall. Very helpful and informative about the whole procedure and I had it back in less time than they quoted me.
I inquired about getting the front nightsight vial replaced in my 92FS, they said glow in the dark paint!! Not sure if it was a joke, but not to professional if you ask me
Never needed to deal with them on any warranty claims but all I have is the Neos. I did order a grip from them for it (wife wanted one of the colorful delux polymer grips) and they were easy to deal with and friendly.
Pretty sure that their warranty is only 3 years (I really prefer guns with a lifetime warranty) if you register it with them so keep that in mind.
Beretta continues to sell a known defective design in the 3032 Bearcat frame. Their 'offer' was for me to send it back at my expense, pay them $70 to have a 'gunsmith' look at it, and agree that 'yes, it can't be fixed'.
Last year I bought a 9mm Beretta Nano. Too many FTE's so the lgs sent it back. I heard stories about a 3 month wait. Turned out we got it back in 12 days with a new, improved ejector, polished ramp and forcing cone. No shipping charges. Now it eats any ammo and runs perfectly. Even eats a friends reloads that my G26 with a Lone Wolfe barrel chokes on.
