Out of these rifles in a 270 caliber in what order would you rate them for accuracy and reliability? weatherby vanguard, winchester black shadow model 70, remington 700 adl in synthetic stock and the savage model 110 . 
best bang for the buck

Well, I haven't handled any of the recent Vanguards but I do own a Howa which is the same company that builds the Vanguards for Weatherby. I was very impressed with it right out of the box. I'm one of those guys that tends to tweak pretty much every rifle I get and I'd be pretty hard pressed to find fault with my Howa.
I have a 700ADL and have had several of the heavy barrel Savages. No Black Shadow but in general I prefer Winchesters and Rugers. The 700ADL needed trigger work as have most of my Savages. The 700 trigger is pretty easy to work on and I've never seen a Remington that I couldn't get a decent trigger on by tweaking it myself.
For out of the box goodness, I'd probably have to recommend the Vangard or a Howa. At a slightly higher price point, the CZ550 American and the Tikkas have a lot to recommend them.

The Savage 110 will probably give you the "best bang for the buck". The others are no slouches, either.

Well, I bought a Winchester BS -06, and a buddy bought the Savage. I gave the BS to a relative, but not because there was anything wrong with it. It was an honest 2.5" at 200 yard gun, no problems of any kind. I was able to get the trigger down to a good hunting level easily too. I really liked it.
The Savage shot well too, same story with a different rifle as above. My buddy still has it, and likes it. I can say that so far I have NOT seen one of the Savages in recent years that would not shoot at least decently, in my estimation that would be 2.5" at 100 yards for a hunting rifle. I would buy a Savage in a heartbeat.
The last ADL I shot had a laminated stock, and after the barrel was floated, trigger pull lowered and a handload developed it would shoot. It was pretty bad right out of the box with factory ammo that was tried.
Never shot the Vanguard, but I would like to.

"Best bang for the buck" would be the Savage, IMHO. I have a 111 in 25.06, synthetic stock, sporter weight barrel. With my handloads it will shoot 100yd groups under 1" and I'm not what you'd call a rilfeman. Trigger was a little heavy at first but I was able to get it to 3lbs.
