best cheek piece

we c&r shooters all know the joys of the eurpean chin weld.

I'd like to put a cheek piece on my milsurps so that when i shoot them, i don't have to wind up with a little bruise ont he right side of my face.

Can anyone recommend their favority cheek piece? I've seen all sorts, leather, blackawk, etc... Which one works best for you?
