Best Mag for Springfield Armory Loaded Champion 1911

I have a SA Loaded Champion (stainless) and was looking to purchase some additional magazines for it. The two that came with it have worked fine, but I have not shot the gun that much yet. Is there a magazine out there that any of you would recommend over the ones that come with the gun? If so, what brand and website can I see them?

From what I've heard, you can't go wrong with Wilson Combat or Chip McCormick. I have a couple of 7-round Wilsons coming in the mail (they really need to hurry up and get here). I ordered them from MidwayUSA, great service and super-fast shipping times!

I use Wilson's in my 2 Les Baer's, and Springfield Omega. Never a problem.

Wilsons are good, but I prefer the Kimber Kim Pro Tacs. Those are nice mags!!

McCormick mags are problematic with alloy frames. Make sure you know what you are dealing with before ordering extra mags.

I had wilsons for about 6 years and they worked well. I'd say about 99% reliable and just starting to give me issues this past year. I switched to the new Tripp Research Cobra Mags and these are hands down the best magazines I've used. Amazing quality and perfect performance so far. I'm sold for life on these with my 1911's.

Never had an issue with Springfield mags, they work for me, and apparently for you too

I love the Act mags with the Tripp followers. Hve them in all my 1911's.
