Fight over front seat led to Minneapolis murder

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minneapolis police say the March 1st killing of a 42-year-old man happened after an argument over who would get to sit in the front seat of a car.

Police say 20-year-old Porter Webb was charged last week with one count of second-degree murder. He's accused of shooting Thyrone Carr.

Police say Carr and Webb were riding in a car on with other men, when Webb and Carr argued about why Carr was in the front seat while Webb was in the back seat.

Police say Webb pulled out a gun and shot Carr, severing his aorta.

Webb and the other men stopped the car and left the victim's body in the street.

Webb is in custody at the Hennepin County Adult Detention Facility on unrelated charges.

Um hate to say it AB but MN is now a Shall Issue state and we can still Buy mag's that hold more that 10 rd's. Also passed a state constitutional ammendment that Forever allows Residents to Fish, Trap, and Hunt.

I had my grandchildren out in Jamestown ND and they were riding on a stage, (They always fight for shotgun(with fists)). I asked them to ask the stage driver about riding shotgun. They know the meaning now. Never touched the back seat passenger one though. Well keep them in the dark about that one LOL
On a serious note, We see the statistics. Who kills the most ethnics? Its not that big an issue for us or the media. But look at all the press from the Wisconsin hunter situation and others simular...
