Best pepper spray

Reading posts on this sight has got me thinking of less than leathal defenses other than my Spyderco. I realized that of all the conflicts I've been in in my life non justified deadly force. But a couple people could have used some peper spray.
So where do I start? I want someting that I can practice with, that is easy to deploy and that will put a sure nuff hurtin in anyone
Does anyone have any ideas?

Here is the current one that my agency is distributing to us.

I haven't been sprayed with it, the one I was sprayed with was only 500,000, this one is 2 million on the scoville heat rating.

Seems to work good from what I've seen I used it on a fox and a few times on targets just to get a feel for the stream.

Many people recomend FOX 5.3 which is 5.3 million SHU

Vexor has a rating of 15 million

I'v bought one for the GF has not yet been used.

Please bear in mind NOTHING is 100% effective. (excepting a 16 inch naval shell landing on the person )

I have found that Security Equipment Corp. makes Saber Red. Works great

Be aware of the laws in your area regarding the use of it. You could be charged with assault if its not properly used.

Dont know if you can get it...but Freeze +P cs/oc was what i carried and it knocked me for a loop when I went through training...I'd rather be shot!

Freeze +p oc/cs in the 2 oz stream is what we use in the LASD....nasty stuff and doubles your chances of working on someone since it is a mixture of OC and CS...you can get it here for a great price.....

atleast 2 of the agencies here will no longer use foam. county jail was the first to stop using it. seems that some of thier guests were becoming quite skilled at scooping the foam off of thier own faces and slinging it +/or rubbing it into the faces of thier uniformed hosts.
not everybody wants to share in the fun.

Thats the problem we are having. Punch II sucks...I do know that.

Alduro here is a link for the gel stuff. Looks as if it physically blocks the vision more effectively than foam because it gets into the eyes rather than sitting in front of them like foam does and the gel looks much harder to scoop off.
