My 642 is coming, I need to order some good ammo for this snubbie, and was wondering who has a decent price?

ordered some week before last from MidwayUSA.com.

Arrived only a couple of days later.

(along with a 2 pack of Bianchi speed strips)
 
I just ordered several boxes through MidwayUSA as well, along with speed strips, a Desantis Nemesis (while waiting on the Mika for the 642), and some stuff for the bottomfeeding .40. The price on Gold Dots seemed about the same as everyone else online. I only buy them online when ordering other stuff so the price of shipping gets spread out. Otherwise, I support local indie shops.
 
streicher's has the 50-round LEO boxes--last time I checked, they were $26.00 plus shipping.

I just bought some from Streicher's last week and they are still only $26. I would get a few boxes while the price is still low because I'm sure that will change soon. Their box of 50 Speer Gold Dot .357 Magnum rounds are now $50.
 
Thanks for the links, im looking for the short barreled ammo # 23921, I might end up going with midway, I need some Bianchi speed strips too

I looked streichers, and only saw the 125gr +P & .357, not the 135gr short barrel load. I found the +Ps locally for a good price - can't find the .357s at any price (just want to try them out).
 
You're right, FranklyTodd; Streichers does not currently have the 135-gr 357 GDSB ammo.

I'll e-mail / call them later today to tell them the interest is up for that, too. There may be some in the WI warehouse.

I ordered some from Florida Bullet a year or so ago. Best price available at the time. No idea if they are in stock there or not.
