Does anyone know of a measure that doesn't leak or bind that would work with this powder? I am using an old Pacific and while it meters reliably (+/- .1 gr) it binds really bad. Thanks.

I get satisfactory metering--.1 variation--with a Lee Auto Powder measure with the adjustable charge bar. However, it does leak (at the bar / base, not at the drop--and powder does randomly escape even with tweaking the hopper mounting screws.

I can use it successfully, but the leakage is enough of a PITA that it is turning me away from #7. Perhaps a Perfect Powder Measure works better, but I don't know--haven't tried it.

Lyman #55 works well for me.

I cannot use my DPS1200-II digital measeure/scale with AA#5 or #7. The granules are small enough to get between the metering tube and its two carrier support bushings. This causes the motor to slow down, sometimes to a crawl.

I imagine any drum type measure would work well. My Redding 10X meters fine ball powders great with no leakage.
